President of Velocity Homes, Inc. and Managing Member of Velocity Development, LLC, Spencer Jones is a sixth generation Southern Utah resident.
Velocity has a wide variety of construction and land development experience including commercial construction experience in healthcare, educational, lodging, retail, and hospitality facilities.
We also have entry-level to high-scale residential construction experience with high-scale resort homes throughout the Western United States.
Velocity's development experience also consists of commercial parks and residential subdivisions.
