Velocity Homes offers a great 1-year customer service plan to assure you get quality from the start. Before you move in, we perform a quality inspection to make sure that everything is in proper order. From there we will perform a 3-month checkup with you to see if you have anything that needs to be taken care of, which will be fixed as soon as possible. Items will only be improved at appointments set up when you can be there to assure that everything is completed correctly.

Similar communication will take place after one year of moving in. Again, if new items are presented, it will be arranged to have them fixed at a near future meeting when you, the homeowner, can be present. From that point you will be able enjoy your new home and make improvements as you see fit to help us in Building Communities Better.
